TERMS AND POLICIES
PAYMENTS
Please make payment within a week of your purchase. Your good check is welcome, as well as money orders and credit cards thru the Paypal system. If possible, please mail your payment overnight or by Priority mail for faster service. Checks may be held 10 days to clear before shipping, unless you are a repeat customer. Please send payments to the address on the homepage. Paypal payments should be made to cmgardner1@verizon.net TAX Maine residents pay 5% sales tax. SHIPPING Buyer pays shipping costs. All items must be insured. I generally use FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery unless you request another service. I pack using professional materials. For paintings or larger items, there may be a minimal charge to cover the cost of materials. For furniture, my local shipper here in Maine provides reasonable service. Please contact me to obtain an estimate. RETURNS I will accept a return if an item is not as described in some significant way. Refunds will be less shipping costs and credit card processing fees. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent and returned within a week of the original sale, with insurance. STORAGE After an item is paid for, I will store it for you up to six weeks at no cost. After that, a fee of $25 per month will be charged, unless other arrangements are made. |
